Gday, im quiet happy with my SX-R Celica atm but im wouldnt mind a bit more punch at lower revs. The solution is one of the following.

Work the 5sfe

Charge the 5sfe

buy a gt4 half cut

Do a BEMAS convernsion straight from a half cut (bolt straight in)
is a AWD box worth stuffin around with to put in?

or theres a model Camery here is Aus that has a V6 with 200kw, that comes in either a na tune or charged at 290kw i think.

Im just after some advice towards if anyones has doen any of these ideas tp see what im going to the happiest with. and bare in mind i would like to think if i had to i could use it as a daily driver.

I believe supercharger kits are discontinued but you can always do a custom if you know or knows a shop who can fabricate. IIRC, celicatech or mr2OC have info on this.

BEAMS and 3sgte will bolt on, you need other stuff too. All in the stickies

Someone has done the AWD conversion, I dont remember his name.

A few people has swapped V6 engines too(1mz, 3mz)

You can also turbo your 5s

WELCOME! Post pics and search the site

supercharging the 5S-FE is just not a good idea, for one, the intake is on the back of the engine, guess what else is back there. the power steering pump. that means you will have to re-locate the pump. plus there isnt too much room back there. turboing the 5S-FE is thousand time easier. its been done lots of times and there is plenty of information and discussions on here on how to do it.
