Hi I'm selling a complete set of original Toyota projector headlamps for the 6th Gen. Toyota Celica. These are brand new never been used in any car. These are NOT custom projector lamps these are the ACTUAL lamps Toyota put in some of the 6th Gen. Celica models. They are new and are NOT off a "parts car". They still have the factory lettermark red "A" printed on all four high and low beam lights. I bought these back in 2007 and meant to put them into my 94 Celica ST project car but that project has since fell through due to college/work etc. I've kept them stored in my cool AC room and they are absolutely perfect. No scratches or any defects. The rubber sealers are not faded or broken. The glass housing is not scratched or cracked in any way. All are still in brand new condition.
Finding projector headlamps for the 6th Gen. Celica is like finding a needle in a haystack or even worse. These are ridiculously hard to come by. I personally spent over 2 years (from 2005) searching for a complete set of original Toyota projector lamps. They are probably the most wanted and most rare part for the 6th Gen. Celica. And to have a complete brand new set is unheard of. I certainly paid a price for these. Over $2k just for the lamps not including shipping or the H1 HID conversion kit and the shipping for that as well. In total I paid close to $3k for the lamps, HID kit and shipping. Personally, selling these projector lamps was the last thing I thought I'd ever do. I don't know if I'll ever find another set like this if I ever get to start another Celica project in the future when I have the time and money to invest in it. But regrettably the money I need to finish college is forcing me to sell them. I'm not going to ask for $3k (which I should) to get back what I paid for these. I'm going to part with them including the H1 HID conversion kit needed for only $1000. Less than what I paid for the projector lamps alone. I need the money coming up here very soon and I KNOW it'll sell at that price like a hot-cake. Please contact me if you'd like to see them or purchase. My number is 1-808-772-8840. If calling from the mainland U.S. please call between the hours of 8am and 8pm Hawaii time (-10 hours on the global clock). I'm able to ship anywhere in the U.S. by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. When shipping YOU choose the carrier and desired arrival time and I will tell you the price. I'm going to pack these with care and choose the safest/protected shipping method so that there are no discrepancies when it arrives. Lastly serious inquires (who HAVE the money) ONLY. I'll accept cash or Paypal if buying from out of state. EDIT:::: I wasn't aware you can get these for $900 including projector high beams as well. Price reduced. I'll sell entire set plus a new HID H1 Conversion Kit for $950.00 including shipping Photo Link http://www.flickr.com/photos/43029591@N07/...57623957521045/ This post has been edited by kwatumull: May 26, 2010 - 6:58 PM |

There is a difference between "new" custom projector lamps for the 6th Gen. Celica and the original Toyota projector lamps that Toyota manufactured. Please don't derail this thread. i am talking about brand new toyota JDM projector headlights otherwise known as kouki lights and clear JDM high beam headlights you got ripped off good luck with your sale -------------------- Breaking Axles...

I wasn't aware of new JDM Toyota projector lamps being sold at that price. Not sure if they were available at that price or not back in 2007 when I bought them but that is good info to know. I stand corrected. The price however will remain unchanged for now. I need the money I'm sorry to hear that. I'll give you $600 for them. -------------------- |

apparrently there was some drama going in the thread so i'll digress just to advise that you should search to get a feel for the value of the item you want to sell before posting up the price since the price you paid at one time may not be anywhere close to the value that you can sell for at the time you decide to sell.
I've seen these lights range between $600 and $900 USD with 700 and 800 dollars as the most popular price for the set. therefore if you are selling them with an HID kit you should state whether both low and hi beams are being supplied which can bump the cost of the package to as much as $1400USD without the price being anything more than average. If the HID's are on the low beam only as they should be then selling the package for $1000 is quite fair with $900 being the lowest price you should consider selling for without shipping included. If you sell these for any less you will be robbing yourself. Don't let anyone fool you. I have been looking for these cheaply for some time now and they are quite easy to come by but cheap is out of the question. |
