I have a celica 95 GT and the problem is that the engine's idle speed is 1,100 RPM and I can't adjusted to 750 RPM, I try to rotate the distributor, what else can I do?

Get a manual for our car. The kind you can buy at Pep Boys. Because it have one and it talks about a screw close to the throttle body that you can turn to adjust the idle speed to your preference. I'm not at home, otherwise I'd post what it says. Plus there's diagrams

The distributor adjusts timing, not idle speed. Don't mess with the timing unless you know what you're doing.
