Recent change of plugs and wires and air intake..
Then reset fuel ecm. Now the engine bogs down and has no power, engine will rev then a clicking sound across all four points. Unless slowly letting out the clutch, but may loose drive changing to second gear. Also at idle a thump is felt thru the gas pedal near to every 45 seconds. After market wires and they don't sit as tight to the top of the head as the original wires. I think it is secure.
There are hexagonal nuts i could remove for a tighter fit, but I thought they are for the plug tubes to stay tight. |

it sounds like a misfire, try to isolate which cylinder by lifting plug wires one at a time till you lift one and the idle does not change.

Thanks for the response
I went thru your system check and decided to replace the rest of the system and have gone with a new distributor cap and rotor. fuel filter and perhaps later some exhaust work. |
