I was wondering this too. It doesn't matter if it's a ST going to a GT does it? I don't think it would, but I ask bc what if bolts are a bit different or anything. I want to put in fog lights but you can't really do that on a 95 bumper lol.

ST, GT, 94-95, 96-99, doesn't matter. They all use the same bolts. Even the GT4 bumper uses the same bolts, even though it has a different crash bar and upper support. To answer the OP's question, the facelift bumper will bolt right onto a preface car with no issues.

Yea, like everyone else said, it's the same exact fitment. Same bolts, clips, same everything. I went the other way around, I had a 99 GT and went to buy a 94-95 to fit my Hiro lip.

The only thing I didn't transfer over from my 95 bumper to the 98 is the plastic bolt strips that go where the bumper and fender meet. I just used tie straps.
