My buddy Justin just got this car for a steal. it ran fine. but the yellow has to go. Pulled the engine, we are painting the car white. here are a bunch of pictures. Ill make a build thread when i rebuild his engine. Im also looking for a GT4 hood and bumber of anyone has one....

DAMN, all those pictures are already making me tired and that harmonic balancer bolt looks badly beat up. Can't wait for the finale. Couldn't pay to finish the paint job huh?

Time for an update, painted the block after getting sand blasted and painted the engine bay, it turned out excellent

what are the two plugs that sit mid center that are orange and green?

The red one is a VSV for fuel pressure control and the bottom green one is a VSV for the EGR

ah rebuilding a 5sfe hm nice build btw. but I would of went with a 3rd gen 3sge they are pretty cheap off ebay for $800 plus shipping!

Owner didnt want to swap engines, he wanted to keep costs low, I dont trust ebay engines, id still tear it down and rebuild it so it would cost way more in the long run. Plus all the wiring changes to get the 3S-GE working
