my friend has a 5 speed with the oem boot, if you where willing to trade i can see what he thinks, he is a member on here. i think its bigbasso, look him up i do think he has an interior pic of it, im not sure of the condition just let me know and i will txt him.

Correct. The TRD knob is quite a bit taller but it screws in pretty deep so the top ends up in about the same place. The bottom of the knob sits quite a bit lower and scrunches down the boot.
