sorry to be a post whore, but after reading "Bad transmission, BAD!" by ComaToes, I got thinking. Most of my gears grind when I shift; I have to kind of feel for each gear to sort of 'open up' for me to shift into gear. I bought synchromesh that i have yet to put in, however I have trouble putting the shifter into all of the gears, including reverse. feels kind of grinding
the car needs a clutch though. mechanic said if i fix the clutch it would remedy this. It doesn't make sense to me though, so im just wondering if it may very well need to be rebuilt or if it is just the clutch. and good luck to ComaToes, hopefully i dont share the same fate -------------------- same skidpad grip as a 2006 M3....stock.
