Its time to release the beast! My 3SGTE engien needs a bigger fuel pump.

I now have the Walbro 255 but im am maxing that one out. Im looking for the full potential off the engien i have and that should be around 441KW/600Horsepower.

Anyone have any links to website or have any information on any pumps out there? Do i have to uppgade and use 2 pumps?
Iv tried to find some information on the site but i could not find any. If there is a post in the forum allready pleas refer me to it.

All info is appreciated smile.gif

Regards
Rudi

Czwalga do you have 2x walbro 255 pumps in your tank? And then made a T connection in the tank to deliver fuel in 1 line to the engien? or are they serial connected?

If i should buy a Aeromotive A1000 do i just disconnect the walbro pump and run the Aeromotive alone?

1 last question. The original fuel line in the ST205, Anyone know what they are good for? before you need to change or add 1 more line.

Is the a1000 a drop in, intank solution?

Wouldn't making a bracket for the dual walbro finding lines and fittings in the end cost as much?

The Aeromotive Stealth 340lph pump looks great. Think im going to buy that 1. Its just what i need. 340LPH should hold for 600HP. And not running the pump on 100% smile.gif

bccentaur3 dont think the A1000 is a drop in. Did some search on it,. And some have em under the car or inside the car.

I see there are 3 different pumps:

11140 - 340 Stealth Fuel Pump (Center Inlet)
11141 - 340 Stealth Fuel Pump (Offset Inlet)
11142 - 340 Stealth Fuel Pump (Offset Inlet, Inline)

Anyone know's what would fit on my ST205? ( currently offshore so want the part when i gett home ) smile.gif

just add another 255 pump and get creative with making a Y connection. you will need a larger feed line. what i did was run 1/2 inch aluminium tubing to the rail and used the stock feed as my return, its bigger than the stock return

Sorry for the late response.

I improvised. I have two intank, with rubber fuel injection hose going into a barbed Y. This has be fuel injection hose or clamped ss lines.... regular rubber fuel hose wont work, the lines will explode.

It's a 3 to 1 aluminum fitting for air compressors. I bought it at home depot. Bought two barbed fittings that thread in, and a plug for the 3rd. The top I have a NPT to AN fitting then run SS lines from there.

This is much cheaper than buying the stupid Aeromotive crap. I think they want 45 bucks for a Y, plus the fittings.
