You can get the bumper from a 96-99 celica and they look better to some people, it also bolts right on

All 94-99 Celica bumpers will bolt on fine, except the gt-four bumper.

Then there are always ricer bumpers, but you asked for something that bolts right on.

First off - Welcome to the site.
Secondly - congrats on the purchase. Most people here (including myself) will or have moved on from the 6th gen Celica, but we're loyal to the brand. I'll never go back to anything else.
Third - There are stickies at the top of each forum that outline a lot of FAQ and I suggest spending a couple hours soaking up a lot of that information. You'll also find we have a parts database that will show you exactly what exterior items will bolt right up to your Celica. http://www.6gc.net/parts

A few links for you:

Ease up, kid. I'm just giving you a hard time. If I didn't, I wouldn't be doing my job.

Any '94-'99 Celica bumper will bolt right up to your car. The only difference is that any bumper for a GT4 will sit a little higher and won't line up with your hood.

If you pull off the metal bumper and grind off the bottom you can usually fit bumpers that wouldn't fit on before. I had that problem with the C-One bumper and 5 mins with the grinder and some tape fixed it. Bolted right on. Its like 1/2 inch of the bumper really not a big safety issue and once you try to put the bumper on you will see the part im talking about. really, you should find the bumper you like and try to find out how to install it. Dont compromise simply because you dont know how to put something on. You got this whole website of people with answers, find the bumper you would love to see on your Celica then go for it!
