When i bought my car , it came with tanabe sustec pros already installed,
problem is that when i go over bumps in the road , it is not smooth at all , very bumpy depending on the
size of bump. also when going over little speed bumps it sounds like a creaking kinda noise, so im wondering
if these coilovers are no good ? or should i just buy a set of lowering springs ? new springs for the coilovers ? what should i do?

that's what coilovers do...if you want smooth, you need oem strut and springs. and send me those coils.

chill bro. they are good coilovers, i have them. no damper settings. they are fairly stiff and can be noisy, its normal. if you don't like it get new struts and lowering springs.

yup i had them on my car... now 2celicas2love has them on hers... they are stiff. Not the best ride quality if ur looking for smooth and quiet, really nice if ur looking for cornering.

id get new coilovers, can't deal with suspension imperfections. my 6th gen went through 3 suspension setups (TRD springs, Intrax Springs and now Megan Coilovers), (kept trying something different), and my 7gc gone through 2 coilovers (Teins and now BCs),

Teins aren't worth the money especially the Basics, you would have to get higher end model stuff. but at that the price has already swung higher than reputable coilovers like BCs and Megans (maybe Ksports) but those are your bang for the buck coilovers.
