I've researched the 4age head on the 7afe but I was wonder if there was aftermarket cams for the fe head because idk what all I need to change to put the ag head on my 7a block. So i was wondering if I could just get aggressive cams for the fe head. Thanks in advance

Question though my head cam journels are scarred up bad. Can the machine ship fix that? Or should I just go 4age head and get aggresive cams for it?

how bad? thats an oil issue, you have bigger problems if they are scarred up.
