I'm looking for a 89661-2d290. I don't know if another model would work?
It's for a 95 gt convertible mt. This post has been edited by CrypticDeity: Feb 17, 2012 - 7:20 PM |

94/95 at/mt will work. 96+ will throw fits because of OBDII but you're good with a 94 or 95 ECU, auto or manual.

So something like a 896612B770 will work? I'm just not sure why there are so many different ecu's and how many are interchangeable. The 89661-2d290 seems rare.
I was thinking about buying this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1995-95-Toyota-Cel...#ht_1453wt_1396 Are there aftermarket performance ecu's? Just curious. This post has been edited by CrypticDeity: Feb 17, 2012 - 7:27 PM |

That's for a 7afe. It runs the 1.8 engine. It won't work for you at all.
