Let me start this all from the beginning, BTW I have a USDM 94 ST204.
So from time to time last year I would get a moldy smell from the A/C unit upon getting in the car. I got in the habit of running the blower a few minutes with the AC off before I parked the car and it solved the issue(I know I need to clean the Evap coils).
Ive been using the AC lightly this year, but I drive with the windows down, the blower on 3/4 power, outside air on instead of recirculate and the compressor off 90% of the time. Then yesterday I drove to Fort Worth and it was 90+ degrees outside, so I drove in traffic with the windows up, ac on and the recirculate air on. Right before I got home, I went over a sharp overpass merging from one highway to another and a bunch of water came out of the dash in the driverside footwell. It soaked my jeans and the floormat(maybe a cup worth of water) and when I got home I pulled the carpet back and there was water all over the ECU where it had come out of the dash.

Now to the point of all this, does anybody who's maybe had the entire dashboard apart know where the drain hose for the interior HVAC unit is located? I'm assuming mine is plugged up and needs cleaning.

The drain hose for the evap is on the passenger side. Where the A/C lines go into the firewall, the drain hose is virtually directly below that.

not to jack this thread, but you know on the back of the a/c climate control box there are the black and blue lines, when i pulled mine out to take the dash out i accidentally broke the metal piece that you slide into the other metal connector so when you turn it to cold and hot it pulls on the line. can i just cut the metal piece off and put a new one on? if you need pics let me know!
