ok, im going to buy some 17" RS5s (with profile 40 tires) and I have stock suspension.

I would like to lower it (better look) but we have winter here and I need to switch for my 15" stock rims on that season.

I would like something that drops like and can tough winter (ajust and be able to ride my 15" stock rims).

I prefer ride-comfort than performance.

what do you guys suggest me?

thx in advance

I would suggest the Ground Control coilovers. When I lived in kansas I would raise them up in the winter and run with my stock wheels and snow tires. Just go with the spring rates that GC recommends. As for struts, if you're not extremely concerned with performance I'd go with the KYB GR-2 struts or the konis if you want more performance. Suspension Techniques swaybars would compliment this package nicely as well.

I dont have alot of knowledge in suspension...

If I buy coilovers..do I need to buy springs (Eibach/Tein)?

Also...how much you think all that can be?

if you buy coilovers you dont need to buy springs. they are part of the coilover package.
