So... I have a problem with the space at the window trim. I noticed this at some other Celicas as well so I just want to know how can I get this back to stick with the door frame. Took some pictures if any of you don't know what I'm talking about. The same is at the other side of the car.

As you can see, I can almost fit my fingers in there, but no water comes through. Tried to gently push it back together, but seems very stiff.

I thought it was a gutter to keep water from running onto the windows. I could be very, very wrong though...

All five 6th gens I've owned have been the same way. Never had any issues.

Really?? So this is factory made?

Strange, never seen such a thing on any other car before... Thought it somehow expanded or perhaps previous owner messed with it and didn't put it back right.

Yeah mine is the same way. But why dont you get a hose and run water on it. That way youll make sure there is nothing wrong with it.

Both of my Celicas are this way too. I too thought it was ****ed, but realized it's like that from the factory.
