Well, i got a pair of tail lights from Stipt from Davenport (IA) and while he knew i wanted them ASAP he has never sent anything and now he is not replying me. Still hope that its a misunderstanding and i hope i am wrong but from the message tracker i know he read at least 2 of my messages without replying.

If anyone knows him in person i would appreciate a mediator. I would be willing to receive what he promised even now or at least a return of my money before i explore any legal venues. And to think i rushed for him so he has money for his payments when he begged me.

If it turns out to be a misunderstanding i will post a full apology.

I know stipt personally and he has the tails for you and I believe that he may of shipped them to the wrong address.. he was talking about something like that the other day when I was over there. He has had alot of probs with toysport and some otherstuff and quite frankly that takes presidence over you man.. nothing personal there but thats life.

I will call him today and let him know though.. but I dont think that he's gonna be too happy with you posting his full name

Sorry to hear that. You have to understand though that i am 8,000 miles away and my options are limited. I said i will make a full apology if i am wrong. And also, whatever his problems are, i do not think that sending an email to let me know what the hell is going on its too much trouble. (and i know through message tracker that he has read my emails) Replying is not that time consuming or something.

Anyway i will edit my post to remove his name for now but i will repost it if he does not reply me and let me know what's going on.

Keep in mind that i would be able to get the tail lights for free (shipping) because someone coming to my country would be bringing them. Now i may need $50-$100 to ship them. Who will be paying about that?

I think he wanted it to be sent to one of his relatives that live in US so he could send it to him.

WTF. You have to realize that Toysport has over $1500 of my god damn money with no products! Excuse me for the delay on tail lights but when you are playing with my f0ckin money that doesn't fly and that becomes my number one concern. I got a new job and I get paid tomorrow so there. Also, next time you want to post my full f0cking name on the internet, you can kiss my @ss cuz then you won't get sh3t, Got it?

What does Toysport have to do with this transaction b/w you and neoklis? If you want to be professional about this, you should keep your buyers informed.

When I sold products to members on this board, I emailed lots of pictures, tracking numbers, etc. I would even CALL them just so that they feel confident that their packages will arrive in the time promised. Should a problem arise, I would inform them. Ask K2...Phat_99CeliGT...Coomer... I kept them well informed...

well. you need to realize that you are "f0cking" with HIS money. if toysport has 1500 of you dollars, then that means you don't have anything to do. soooo, between phone calls, there is no reason why you could not have IMed him, emailed him, or done something to let him know what the problem was.

don't attempt to flame me, just offering an outside opinion. as they said before, it doesn't take long to email someone a nice message explaining your situation. but next time you go off like you just did, remember, he is the same exact ship you are in. he's paid for something, and hasn't seen anything.

also stipt, please try to refrain from the threats wink.gif.

At last some sort of communication with Stipt.

1. I removed the name immediately as soon as i was informed that you had some problems and you probably are not trying to cheat me.

2. If you have problems with Toysport.. well that's not really my problem is it?

3. You knew from the beginning that the tail lights should be sent on a certain date so that someone would bring the tail lights with him when he came to my country on Jan 10. Now i amy need something like $50-$100 shipping to send the tail lights from NYC to Cyprus Greece.

I now only want to know what will you be doing. Will you be sending the tail lights i bought from you or you will refund my money in full?

Please note that i will be taking full legal action against you if this matter is not resolved immediately. By the way, my cousin, who has paid for the tail lights and to whom the tail lights were supposed to be sent, is a lawyer so do not try to ignore me because you think i am 8,000 miles away. You will be dealing with her not me.

And another thing, i have the complaint here and i did not make any threats or use that language.

how ray delt with me stood a presidence for how i do business with everyone from there on after. lots of communication pictures, tracking #s doing small things go along way. so toysport has quite a bit of your money. that doesnt have anything to do with sending out parts that someone else has already payed you for. just my 2cents.

i still think somehow coomer needs to incorperate some kind of loose trader rating.

Something thats worked for me is the online escrow companies. Both people agree to the service. The buyer sends the money to the company, they keep it tell the buyer gets what they want and then the seller gets the money. It works pretty well, and they ususally only chanrge 10%... Anyways. Good luck to the both of you that you get this worked out- and stipt, good luck with toysport, i've heard they're slow, but usually they get around to shipping, it just takes a while, so don't despair.

Yes, I know about these companies... I even started OFFERING my (most recent) customers to use http://www.escrow.com if they felt uncertain about my services. But everyone that ordered from me didn't feel the need to. They trusted my word and I followed through as promised.

Actually it does when you are flat broke and owe money, is it your problem, no. But is it my problem that you want it shipped to NY to have your cousin bring it to you? No. And as for not hearing word from me the last few days I have been working my ass off because I have no money because of Toysport. Is that anyone's problem...no. If this post anyone else's problem? No, I don't believe so since this just involves him and I. So if you want to see who is out of line and who's problem this belongs too, kiss my spicazn @ss. As for the parts, went out today. As for me being out of line once again, if you do have your own comments fine, I have mine. The stress and intensity level of where I am at, no one else matters except me and my fiance. So again, if you have a problem with that too bad. If you think this is another thing out of line and that I am blowing up again, tough, its me and if ya don't like it, don't read my posts. Have a good day biggrin.gif

Accidents happen and missing the deadline for him was one. Excuse me people of perfection that live in a society where messing up is not tolerated. You think you are much better than I because I slipped. Oohhh.......doesn't matter anyways, got rid of all the parts I'm going to need to get rid of. And when push comes to shove, you would take care of yourselves before someone else no matter how wrong that sounds. We are not perfect and we do mess up, if you strike me for screwin up once, fine, thats your way of trying to make yourself look and feel better. Yes I understand I missed the deadline that he wanted, so? Plus, it wasn't too kind of him to email me before hand before the money accusing me of trying to rip him off, then before the deadline telling me that I'm going to rip him off. Maybe I should RIP him off since everyone is so quick to judge and lable me. Hmmm.....if someone you are doing business with accuses you of doing it several times before its completed, how would you feel? Also I'm awaiting that full apology that you stated in the first post. Since you offered.
