my third cylinder in my 1994 celica gt-s 2.2L only has 30psi, ![]() I would think you only need to change the frontpipe of the exhaust for one that has a hole for the 2nd o2 sensor -------------------- |

Wouldn't you be using the ecu and wiring harness that came with the engine? I don't see why you would need a jumper if you are -------------------- |

Use the following parts from.obd1 car...
Alternator Dizzy Ecu Wire harness Header intake manifold Use the following from obd2 car Longblock. There are some plugs that wont need to be plugged in. Hence the obd2 emissions and misc Example... crank position sensor. Its not needed when ran with obd1 ecu. |

you will have to use the harness, ecu, and all accessories from the older motor. basicly everything with a sensor on it on the OBDI motor will be transfered to the newer motor.
it all becomes pretty easy once you have the 2 motors side by side. longblock = just the block and head with no accessories attached. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

All the sensors from ur old motor onto ur new one. When you use your old distributor... it will plug into your old harness... lol same with alternator. The plug that you will have left over would he the cps( crank position sensor) obd2 has it but not obd1. If you want.... you could pull the crank pulley off and remove the cps off but theres no need for that really.
