Could anybody that has used either 550cc or 460cc RX-7 injectors tell me what kind of injector seals will fit the injectors and the 5S head as well? The 5s injector seals are too small for the RX-7 injectors and the RX-7 injector seals are too big for the 5S head.

Yup - that's the way mine worked out too. Didn't know there was a difference in the non-cali head cause mine was a Cali spec as well. -------------------- ENGINE: '93 RC 3S-GTE/WRC CT-20b [18-20PSI] PERF: TRD/HKS/ARP/NGK/MSD/ACT/Blitz/STRI/APEX'i/TwosRus/GReddy/Magnaflo/KOYO SUSP: Tein/Bilstein/SusTech/ INT: SS-III SEATS/Toyota Hyper Sports EXT: WRC/TRD/404 Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them. Not to thread jack, but is it a bad thing that I'm using a FED spec ECU with the cali spec head and fuel system? I don't think it would be since I've been running it for over two years now lol but I never knew the heads were different
