installed new rotors and pads the other day and it seems one of the bolts that holds the caliper down (not the caliper bracket) has come off and now my caliper is bouncing around everytime i hit a bump and causing some damage to my rim. So does anyone know what the size is for those bolts and can i get them at a dealership

You could get them at a dealership, but it would be probably cheaper and quicker to pull one off of a junkyard car. You can use car-part.com to find one with the appropriate vehicles in your area, I expect -- car-part.com is the web portal for a common inventory software used by auto recyclers across North America.
