Does anyone know what his piece is called and if they make replacements for it?

As irony would have it both of the cars I've owned have had this piece broken and it's bothered me for the longest time on both cars.

Here's a picture to show you guys what I mean,

I've looked into this myself for a while and couldn't ever come across an official name for it or a replacement cover.
So I just crafted one using some aluminum from home depot and carbon fiber vinyl wrap.
Not exactly perfect but looks a lot better than having no cover at all.
Hope that at least helps some.

I don't know the part number for it but I went to the dealership and ordered one when mine broke. It was expensive but I didn't know where else to get one at.
