I'd check the drains, odds are that's the problem.

Drains sounds likely... Have fun with that tongue.gif

I did mine last year, every time I drove off after parking my car I would have half a liter of cold water rush down my back... Not fun tongue.gif

To do it the whole sunroof assembly needs to come out of the car.... Not particularly difficult, just painful tongue.gif After all of that I had a couple of hairs blocking one drain, and a small leaf and dust blocking the other tongue.gif

I took heaps of photos last time to make a how-to but never got around to it. Let me know if you need me to search them out smile.gif

Mine was leaking when I bought the car and it would also drip out from around the sun visors when I came to a stop. I dropped the headliner and confirmed that my drain tubes were hooked up and working properly. For me it ended up being a leak through one of the square metal pieces that the screws go through from the top side. Those screws hold down the tracks for the sunroof and stuff. I sealed up the trouble spot with some RTV and things have been nice and dry ever since.
