Hey im looking at tube benders. wanted to see whats out there.

Eastwood has one for almost 500 USD, which i think might be too expensive, however never ever bought one, so not sure. does anyone have one, and can tell me where to get one for a good price?

Depending on how much you need to do it may be significantly cheaper to just have a shop bend what you need.

Then scour Craigslist and your local papers for benders. Shops that have upgraded or gone out of business would be letting them go for fairly cheap.

Another option could be trade schools and colleges, my grandfather picked up a four axis router for cheap when they upgraded to the five axis.

Depends on what your trying to bend, berto, and how important repeatable, consistant bends are to you.
The company that makes the jd2 makes some nice units, there are a few decent ones out there, just depends on what uour looking to do vs how much u wanna spend.

Custom cross members, roll cages, heck go carts, anything really , but not looking for professionalism. But need to be good.

Material like Dom tubing, I have not looked into Jed. After all this I'm assuming Eastwood bender is a no go...

What'll be nice is someone to be able to supply our 6gc with CAIs. Maybe find a couple donor cars to make one custom piping and then make some copies and sell it. Lol. Make some good money to pay off what you paid for the bender eventually. Just a thought though. Lol.
