So guys the rubber around my celicas headlights is coming out and its not looking very good because of it i was wondering whats the best way to get the rubber to sit back how its meant to.

Many of the people iv asked about it have said just to push it back in but it juts keeps coming out again so im happy to give anything a shot.

And again im sorry if this has been posted else where or iv made this in the wrong place

Thanks guys smile.gif

do you still have all the clips that hold the rubber to the headlight? if some are missing it wont sit right.

I think using clear silicone can do the trick. You will have to take off the bumper tho.

I freakin hate them! Mine used to always come off even with glue over time and the clips are rubbish.
I ended up gluing them down with PU glue permanently when I made my lamps.

I used a contact adhesive on mine last August. Still holding on great with no signs of letting go. Crossing my fingers that it doesn't change any time soon.

I cant find any of the clips on them they might have just fallen off or the old owner might have done something

Unfortunately our car is designed where you need to remove the bumper to do MOST headlight work. Sucks but its how it is. For sure you'll need to remove it because it needs to be glued or taped on the inside of the bumper.
