Ok guys, I've been working on some repin instructions for swapping in the ST202 BEAMS and ST205 GTFour cluster (same pinout in these). I've mapped out the cluster from a 95 Celica GT Convertible (my stock ones), ST205 GTFour (unknown year), and ST202 BEAMS A/T (unknown year). Pictures with the lines drawn over the circuits are below.
Excel spreadsheet detailing pinswap in google docs link here, anyone can comment, only I can edit. Please comment if you notice a mistake I have made. Also let me know if it's confusing or could be explained better. It's a lot of info I'm trying to organize into the spreadsheet. I would prefer comments in the spreadsheet and not in this forum, that way I don't have to flip between the two. The reason for this, I want to use the full gauge set for extra indicator lights (A/T circuitboard is completely separate from the gauges with exception of power and ground) There will be a youtube video soon. I could use someone to look over the spreadsheet and tell me if it all makes sense, that way I can be at peace about other people looking at it to decipher it. I got it working great! The repin was successful (with the exception of the battery light not working, battery still charges). Next step is to start wiring in circuits to the shift indicator lights and have my friend make me some vinyl labels to go under the face. Then I'm swapping out that resistor on the km/h circuitboard to set it at mph.
