My st205 has tein superstreet coilovers and it sits at the stock height. (I think)
Does anybody knows the lowest that this suspension can go? and what suspension problems may I encounter running that low? This post has been edited by underground_design: Jun 24, 2014 - 7:19 PM |

since your suspension doesn't drop by the body of the shock or lower arm of the superstrut coilover. you'll be sacrificing stroke of the coilover for the fronts and rears, thus resulting in a car that handles worse than if you were to leave it at stock height like the coilovers came from the factory.
and stress on other suspension parts This post has been edited by BonzaiCelica: Jul 11, 2014 - 2:59 AM -------------------- Group buy to replicate Narrow E series transaxle parts

I'm a going to use much bigger wheels and tyres (car will be raised due to bigger wheel diameter.) so I am going to need more than this. I am thinking of doing something this : http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2684/445167...42d5c2999_o.jpg Of course I'll keep them under the hood.I just want to gain what is possible. This would help the shock and spring movement but not the rest of the cars suspension parts. what other suspension parts would I need to check or replace knowing they will be stressed with this new setup? |
