What does this mean?
I have a manual transmission on a 95 GT. I got flat the other day and when I took my tire off (car was running and kept in neutral to keep it heated since it was 20 degrees out) the pegs where I would put my spare tire on were slowly rotating. When I turned the car off it stopped. Is the supposed to happen? If not what is causing this? |

When there is a load on the hubs and car is in neutral it wont do anything. -------------------- 1997 ST:Limitedly Green

If that's the case, then it's safe to say if I took my other front side wheel off it would spin slowly at a constant rate as well? Also if I removed my rear wheels, would they be still since I have a FWD? |

Also if I removed my rear wheels, would they be still since I have a FWD? That would be the case with all of it, if you just jack the front up the wheels will start to spin slowly in neutral unless you put some force against it. The rear wheels are just hubs with bearings, no drive mechanisms, so they wouldn't move unless you move them by hand. -------------------- 1997 ST:Limitedly Green
