hey everyone i've noticed here recently that when i start my car and try to drive that the steering has a god-awful loud noise that is annoying. any ideas.suggestions?

possably power steering fluid has gotten very cold and may have froze a bit, the noise is the PS pump running dry? or just unthawing... id try letting your car warm up a bit longer before taking off and see if that fixes your problem.

Well it does quit after it warms up for 15 mins but i dont have that much time quite often... so what can i do to fix it?

probably a belt. replace your belts

mine was doing something that sounds similar and I just added some ps fluid and it stopped making the noise
