Got your PM last night but didn't have time to respond. I need a little more info on your swap. If you are in the US (and assuming you have a 6th gen,) you only need a tach adapter to get the tach to work, and all the rest of your gauges will work with no modification. If you have swapped gauge clusters for the SS-III cluster, then everything will work besides the speedo if I remember correctly. The pinouts on the tach, temp, and fuel are all the same, but the signal to the tach from the Redtop is different, hence the need for the tach adapter (MSD 8920 or Dakota Digital SGI-8). Since none of your gauges work, there is an issue elsewhere in the wiring, but not at the gauge cluster.
