Hey 6GC! I was just looking for some opinions on what you guys think of painting the amber part of the tail lights red since I am 50/50 on painting them with VHT nite shades. My car is black (liftback) by the way. Would you do the same to your car? Cheers!

since you have a black car, it wouldn't look too bad with niteshade. but depends on the area you're living in too. is it legal? would it cause you to get pulled over etc. and it does dim down your lights a bit so safety might be a factor too depending on how dark you go.
redded out has been done by a few members before. you can search for pics on here. It looks alright IMO. pros are - it looks better than stock. cons - not as cool as JDM tail ilghts. hahaha it really depends on you and how u feel about it. -------------------- *1997 Celica ST - 3SGE Greytop BEAMS *1977 Celica RA29 - Classic Cruiser *2005 Matrix AWD - dedded but still hanging around like a ghost 2019 Rav4 XLE Premium - Sports mode is fun. |
