hi everyone I have a question I'm thinking about buying a 1997 Toyota Celica GT with an engine swap he put a St 185 turbo motor he said the car was cutting out at 3500 RPMs and in every gear he said he changed the fuel tank fuel lines and injectors spark plugs all new he even said he had the wiring harness redone in to match the car do anybody know what could be wrong with it???

No one will know what could be wrong without more complete information, maybe he used the wrong computer? maybe he's got a bad AFM? maybe the ignitor is bad? maybe the timing belt jumped a tooth?
