Out of no where I have been getting intense amount of water filling my driver side front and rear floorboards. I cannot figure out where it's coming from, and the weathers been to bad to be out and work on it. I fixed one area which was causing my O/D to turn on/off and made an electrical grinding noise behind the dash. That water was coming from where I ran my power wire for my amp down by the pedals. But now there's still water getting in. The electrical of the car also now wont shut off, which killed my battery. With the keys off and out, I can still roll down my window, turn on the heater, and dash lights remain on. If anyone has any ideas of what it could be or where to start looking that would rock. I can't afford to get a new car, but I can't afford to not drive as well. I am missing my wheel well covers because I could never find new ones. Thanks in advanced, I want to save my celica. If any more info is needed, let me know.

If any more info is needed, let me know. Maybe the rubber plugs along the floorboard. They are great for draining water out. But they will let water in if they aren't secure. You could also try taking the car through the carwash or using a garden hose to see if you can find where the water is leaking through. |
