Pepboys wants 150 to replace the fuel filter which gives me the impression it is either really hard or they are ripping me off. anyone replace one? How hard is it?

Loan a tool from O'Reillys Autozone Advance ect. Most part stores will let you do it. As for the size, no idea lol.

They should come as a set.
12mm if I had to guess, 10mm or 14mm are probable, with 14mm being the least likely
