So I'm searching electronic boost controllers, trying to figure what would be the best option as well worth my weight in gold. I'm stuck between the Apex I AVCR and the HKS EVC 6. But maybe there are better and more reliable choices. Can anyone help me out with this and give me as much info as you can. I.E. controller, website, ect?
Thanks guys you rock. -------------------- From Japan to Texas my st202 follows me.

It's not the best, it has its quirks, but it controls boost very well, i hit parts of the rpm-vs-pressure map that ive never hit before with a boost tap
overall very happy with what i got for what i paid it should help your launching a bit too, i have it setup how they recommend too with the staged boost, i've got all 6 presets setup in increments of 10 duty cycle, though for me i only need 2 options low boost and high boost, but for you, i suspect you'd have 0 for 1st, then a setting for 2nd and 3rd/4th etc i use a setting for warmup, a couple different settings for different types of gas and my on/off boost setting is scramble boost for 7 seconds which is equal to my highest stable setting on preset 5, i use preset 6 as experimental - for example a higher setting that gives more boost/better spool during the day, but isn't usable at night because it spikes http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehuLCO1LkhM This post has been edited by delusionz: Feb 21, 2013 - 4:49 PM -------------------- Mike W
