i have searched & i know these parts are hard to find but what do you guys think is my best bet for finding an oem downpipe & airbox? i saw a few 3rd gen 3sge downpipes on ebay maybe 2 weeks ago but they arent there anymore & i dont know if they are interchangeable with the 4th gen since the o2 is in a different spot.

The 3rd and 4th gen down pipes are interchangable, but you said it best- different O2 locations. An exhaust shop could fix that. For the intake, you can buy the intake lid from Vincent_Doggy and use the bottom half of the 5S intake box.
