i have searched & i know these parts are hard to find but what do you guys think is my best bet for finding an oem downpipe & airbox? i saw a few 3rd gen 3sge downpipes on ebay maybe 2 weeks ago but they arent there anymore & i dont know if they are interchangeable with the 4th gen since the o2 is in a different spot.

You can buy a SARD intake for $200, which is the only aftermarket intake for a BEAMS. You can also pick up njccmd's HKS intake, or go cheap (by far the cheapest option) and pick up a 97-01 Camry intake from eBay. The MAF is the same as a '97 Avalon, part number 22204-20010. As picky as the MAF is on a BEAMS, you'll definitely want the OEM MAF as opposed to an aftermarket replacement. You can get away with the aftermarket intakes but my butt dyno felt a decent difference between my Camry SRI and the stock intake. To me, it was worth the money for the stock intake, but it seems like most BEAMS owners keep an aftermarket intake.
