What are the best ways (If any) to change the look of a 1994 Celica for under $200?

under 200$. hmmm.. plastidip is the only real solution. is that a black soft top i see. Looks like a convertible to me., but unsure. 200 now a days, may be the down payment plus ur car as a trade in, and you can change the exterior all together into another car, bam! seriously if not plastidip, save those 200 dollars, until u get more free cash. because bringing that pain to shine is going to be more... and slapping jdm tails, splitters, bumpers, is not going to change the paint, -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years... I hardly log in anymore, last login Today Sept 6 2019, and I was forced just to clarify a post. LOL
