So ive been reading into cats used with a turbo, and find people on both ends of the spectrum. Saying it can be ruined because of the high temps and pressure of a turbo engine, and messing with the turbo (could lead to turbo failing after the cat fails). And other people saying a high flow cat will do just fine.
Just wondering what everyones thought is on it, what are people using in the community? im probably going to just get a testpipe instead as long as my buddy will pass my inspection. Whats the real benefit of cutting the cat out (a tiny bit, alot?) Don't gut your cat out. Leaving the cat housing in will make your exhaust have a spot of bad flow. I'd do a removable pipe for inspections.
