I just need a little reassurance before i go rip all my belts off. My alternator belt is fine, was replaced about 6 months ago with the alternator. Where do I loosen the power steering belt? and is there an idler pulley on the a/c belt? and if so where? thanks for the help

Remove passenger side wheel, remove plastics. Find the bottom bolt on the pump, loosen it, which will loosen tension. Enjoy working in a hellish spot if its a 5s. Enjoy slightly more freedom with the 7A. 2 bolts. 1 Pry bar. Remove the AC belt to do the PS belt. Don't even think about trying to change your PS belt from the hood with a 5S It is an absolutely awful spot..but the best way is through the passenger wheel well, for sure. -------------------- |
