Could a faulty spark plug keep my GT from cranking??

If more than one is faulty it will. Generally the car can still start missing a cylinder. I doubt it would just be one. It's easy to check for spark though. Pull the plug out and set them on top of the valve cover. Have someone else turn it over and look for blue spark, best to do it at night when it's really easy to see. If that checks out I'd check for fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Then if all that checks out perhaps the starter or something else going on. How was the car before this happened?

Well the car started fine as it always had the other morning.... Pulled out the drive way, got to the end of the street and once I pulled up to the stop sign it hesitated a little and when I pushed the pedal to pull off it just CUT OFF. Hasn't crunk back up sense it tries to start but it's not turning over and firing up. |
