 Engine bay rattle when step on gas, Won't go faster than 25-30mph |

Hard rattle when press on gas peddle. Won't go faster than 30mph. Clutch pedal feels like a slight rattle to. Rpm dips and rise too. Ideas? Engine rebuilt 60k ago and tranny too.
