I am talking to TechnoToyTuning, the same ones who made the tie rod flip kit about making extended ball joints. The tie rod flip kit was meant for the MK1 MR2 but fits the 5th gen celica. If the tierod and ball joints of the 5th gen also fit the 6th gen, this would be a solution for your guys as well.
For those wonder what roll center and bump steer is, check out this article. http://www.motoiq.com/magazine_articles/id...oll-center.aspx They say if we can get 10 people interested, they can make something similar to this for much less. He expects around $140 for the ball joint and the flip kit is around $70. Note the final design will be different from this one. We currently have 6 people interested at alltrac.net so if anyone here is also interested please let me know. Or if you can verify the 5th gen parts fit the 6th gen. |

the MRP kit has several options, are they also available in the TechnoToyTuning kit?
how much is the lowering (multiple Options?) and is there an option for camber upgrade?? Like the MRP kit. I am now working on this, and have compared a Corolla AE101 ball joint with the AT200 ball joint. they are 99,9% the same! for 100% I will have to mount it first! so that means that the corolla AE101, AE111 and Celica T20, T23 Mcpherson are all the same! I definitely want something like this! but it should also be good quality, because I use it on track!! |

It will be much cheaper than the MRP kit so it will likely not have the same features. I think he is trying to use off the shelf parts to keep replacement costs down. I know Some camry parts like the ball joint as well as the rav4's can be swapped as well. These are intended for gtfours, so he said since they are meant to be rally cars, I want this to be rally strong. |
