I have for sale a set of JDM power folding mirrors. I ordered these from holland and they came with my RHD door harnesses I needed. I had them on my car for a couple of weeks (never drove it) but didn't want to run a custom harness to the Relay (trying to keep the wiring OEM). I instead bought the 5 wire type of mirror.
So what I have are two mirrors in silver that come with the OEM door harness plugs. They fold in and out, that was tested. I have the relay and the pigtail for that relay. There is also a switch and a pigtail that will work for this application. It was a USDM pigtail that I added the wires to. It fits into the JDM switch for this type of power fold mirror. The only disclaimer is that when I hooked everything up, I couldn't get this switch to operate the basic mirror controls (left right up down). When I plugged in a USDM mirror switch to test, the mirrors moved as they should. There is a good chance the switch doesn't work, but I never took it apart to check the contacts or anything for corrosion. Replacement switch that is needed for these mirrors can be found here in case they don't work: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Celica-ST205-ST202...3ce&vxp=mtr Looking to get $100 shipped. This is at LEAST %40 cheaper than similar sets on ebay. But will entertain reasonable offers because of the switch and that potential cost. Cool mod for the car. Especially if you live on a college campus or other congested area where side mirrors have tendency to get snapped off by pedestrians who are hammered. You can just fold em on in. ![]() video of sample folding (not these mirrors, but what you can expect WRT function. ![]() This post has been edited by ricochet1490: May 12, 2013 - 3:31 PM -------------------- ![]() |
