 No A/C - button blinks |

Hi all,
My A/C compressor is not staying on. I press the A/C button and I hear it click like it's engaging but it cuts on for a few seconds then the A/C button blinks. I installed a new A/C relay, condenser, evaporator, and compressor. I took it to a shop to have it changed and its holding pressure. I'm not sure what to try. Any thoughts by the group? Thanks |

Another thing that will cause the light to flash is when the compressor gets wet, like from a puddle, and the belt slips momentarily. I've had that happen a couple times and just shut it off then on again and it was fine.

I also just had my alternator go, so it might have been related to that. Is the belt on the alternator the same as the A/C one? Noob question, I know. |
