Car starts fine and runs fine on cold starts. On hot starts, like after running into a gas station, car is a pain to get started and once started idles at 1800-2000 rpm. I already pulled the iacv and cleaned it (it also spec'd out within range @20.6 ohms) the other day, should I just replace it? Or is there some other reason my car would be idling this high?

Check your engine coolant temperature sensor. Pot of water and a resistance tester. At room temperature (20C) the resistance should be about 3 kOhm, at operating temperature (80C) it should be about 0.3 kOhm for a 5SFE. The 7AFE's not much different. The full chart can be found in the Fuel Injection or EFI section of the factory manual.
