Hi, figured I'd post this if it helps someone out. Couldn't find a new '16 Valve' badge so ended up making my own. Basically removed the old badge with a thin blade, it's plastic so it bends and wasn't too concerned with breaking it. Scanned it in to get size, then edited the scan with the new font, I know it's different but I really liked this one particular font in my toolkit.

Printed multiple copies out in high resolution on printable transparent sheets that are inkjet compatible (see picture, white labels are printed item)

Bought thin aluminum sheet from hobby store, cleaned surface, stuck on sheet and trimmed around with tin snips. Lightly sanded edge to remove sharp edge. Used double sided decal tape on back.

Finally, sprayed with high temperature clearcoat to protect ink.

Cost was about $8 for sheets, $2 for aluminum sheet and couple of bucks for the tape. The clearcoat was $8 but I figure I'll spray other things on the engine.

Update:- Here's how it looks on the engine, note, the heat shield is still horrible, we're working on that next.
