Where would I find a NEW compact spare for a 6th gen?

I don't want a 14 yr old spare that has never been used. I would like to find one that was manufactured this year (or last, whatever).

This is for my younger daughter's car. Last year, my older daughter had a blowout, then blew out her spare on her 99 Accord after about 2 miles....so I am very leary of the spare that came with the car, especially since it looks like it has been used before.

Any ideas?
