Because everyone has the kouki tail lights, i'd like to try something new.
Drilling 80 holes with 80 leds, and 10 hours work on 1 taillight, is this the result.





This week i try to build the unit on the car, and then we will see how it look like.

The last time I saw a SMD LED strip the way they're spaced it would've needed cut after every diode for the curves on the light. I like the flexibility offered by individual LED's(rather SMD or traditional), but I also like the convenience of SMD LED strips for covering large areas instantly. Haven't looked lately, but it'd be nice to find a tightly spaced SMD LED strip.
