Hey guys,
I've been trying to find info on this but I can't seem to find anything clear on it. I've seen before that the MR2 doesn't use a carrier bearing for the long axle, and that their axle can be used in a Celica with no ill effects. Is that true? -------------------- 1993 Celica GT Coupe - sold

yea, IIRC the non turbo mr2 dont use the carrier, much like the early celicas, and camrys that didnt either.
the carrier is what holds the axle in place in our trannys, so those axles wont work, because IIRC they use a snap ring like the drivers side axle. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
