 Smog 94 stock exhaust manifold vs headers, Need help |

I need to pass my 94 celica for smog but I have headers and they won't touch them. Do I have to get the stock headers or is there a way to by pass the test with the headers on.

I'm in Anaheim and just not too sure about muh on these cars bought it like this and wasn't realizing the troubles with it haha
